We are a small consulting and coaching company with world-class partners on three continents.

History

Stefan Inzelstein, ISM's President and founder, dreamed up and implemented IBM's first management consulting practice, also called ISM, which evolved into what is today IBM Global Services.

ISM, which was implemented in the major European countries, pioneered management approaches and techniques that are today applied worldwide. For this Stefan received an Outstanding Innovation Award.

After leaving IBM, Stefan created a company based in Paris and London that consulted to major European organizations. In the last ten years, ISM, now based in Aventura, Florida, has developed an integrated state-of-the-art approach to low-risk, high-return organizational transformation.

ISM has introduced several breakthrough ideas in the field of Values-based Organization. These include Community Dialogue©, the Common Framework© and a unique approach to the structuring and management of low risk/reward ratio transformational Projects and Processes.

ISM helps leaders who wish to strengthen their organization's Values orientation develop, implement and maintain a deep Values-driven strategy. We use the term Deep to describe a strategy that focuses first and foremost on an organization's identity, purpose and culture.

Standard strategies put primary emphasis on markets, means of mastering them, delivery and development of products, human resource management and, of course, financials. In the 21st Century such strategies become increasingly more difficult to implement and tune to changes in the environment.
